Corn puttu and ulli chutney

Corn puttu
This was made from Double Horse brand Corn Puttu powder.
Add salt, sugar (optional), ghee (optional) and a little water to the corn powder and mix well. Ensure that it does not turn into batter/dough; it should retain its powder form.
Put the powder into the puttu steamer with layers of grated coconut in between and steam until done.

Ulli chutney
Grind onions (or shallots), tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar (a little). Heat coconut oil in a frying pan, add two/three curry leaves and add the ground paste. Saute well until the water content reduces. Pour a teaspoon of ghee and serve.
