Peanut chaat

INGREDIENTS:
Peanuts, boiled with salt
Carrots, diced
Onions, diced
Green chillies, diced
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Lime/lemon juice
Salt, according to taste
Sugar, according to taste
Chaat masala powder, according to taste
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients except lime/lemon juice and the leaves in a bowl. Sprinkle lime/lemon juice and decorate with the leaves just before you serve.
