Ingredients:
Raw rice flour - 3 glasses
Water - 4 glasses
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Method:
Boil the water along with salt, sugar and oil. When it boils, add the rice flour and mix well. Take off the stove and let it cool.
Knead well and roll into soft balls.
Flatten and cook on a hot tawa.
Serve with egg masala or egg roast (or any other curry :D).
Postscript:
We used readymade rice flour (pathiri podi) for this.
